Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Adara Spa Retreat. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in exceptional service, understands guest care, and knows how to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
About the Role
You will deliver a range of treatments with confidence and care. This includes massages, facials, body scrubs, and other spa services based on your training. You will help guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive and guide them through a smooth, relaxing experience. You will also support the reception and sales team by recommending treatments, upgrades, and retail products that match each guest's needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high quality treatments
Create a calm and positive environment for every guest
Recommend suitable services and retail products
Keep treatment rooms clean and well prepared
Follow hygiene and safety standards
Support the team whenever needed and communicate clearly
Ensure every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived
Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience in a spa or wellness center
Skilled in massage therapy
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
Professional appearance and punctuality
Comfortable with product and treatment recommendations
Team player with a positive and respectful approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
