Responsibilities
- Cook delicious Thai dishes with great taste and presentation.
- Create new recipes using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised.
- Manage food supplies and check the quality of ingredients.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Make sure all food follows hygiene and safety rules.
- 5+ years of experience as a Thai Chef.
- Deep knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients and cooking methods.
- Able to plan menus and handle kitchen operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ready to work in Dubai full-time.
- Thai nationality chef is preferred..
