Handle the Tesing Commissioning related to Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems, Deal with the Civil defense realted to TC approvals Manage and control the maintenance work related to Fire Fighting and fire alarm systems Document and report test results, highlighting any discrepancies and recommending corrective actions to ensure compliance. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the testing phase. Develop and implement detailed testing plans and protocols to ensure all systems are operational and meet performance criteria. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations during all testing and commissioning activities. Manage and oversee the commissioning timeline, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Stay current with industry advancements and incorporate best practices into testing methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in testing and commissioning within the sector. Experience with large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage. Strong understanding of local codes, standards, and safety regulations in the construction industry. Proficient in technical documentation and report writing, with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to travel and work on-site at various project locations as required.
