We are looking for a Testing and Commissioning Site Manager for one of our clients with the following details:

Duration : 12 months ( with possibility of Direct employment after 12 months )

Qualification and Experience Required:
BSc/BEng in Engineering.
Good analytical skills and reporting skills
Good command of written and spoken in English
At least 3 years of Network/Software/System Integration experience in project implementation activities
5 years in Testing and commissioning in a metro project.
Flexible working hour and schedule (example: night or weekend), the position may require continuous night time activities.
Ability to identify potential problems and propose solutions.
Ability to work well within and lead a commissioning team.
Experience in Microsoft applications
Job Objective
To supervise and lead a team for commissioning for the testing & commissioning of Signalling systems in accordance with the installation design, test plans and procedures. She/He has to ensure all applicable standards including quality are met.
Roles & Responsibilities
Interfacing with installation, IVQ and design teams.
Responsible for testing & commissioning of the systems as per design
Interfacing with internal teams, Client, system wide contractors & subcontractor during execution
Carry out T&C activities as per test procedures and document as per the safety case, ISA and the contract requirements
To ensure that Installation &T&C adhere to the test cases & standards set by the company.
Preparing test certificates and test reports, addressing customer/engineer comments.
Create weekly/daily reports for T&C activities.
Ensuring proper execution of PICO tests, field correspondence test, integration tests and acceptance tests
Report to T&C Manager for all site activities.
Ensures all site installation drawings, documents, and are kept current to relevant revisions.
HSE Responsibilities

To be aware of, and play an active role in the achievement of the company\'s HSE policy & objectives.
Comply with local HSE laws and legislation.
To use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended.
Lead by example and actively encourage departments to look at ways to conserve water & energy, minimize the generation of waste, and encourage recycling.
