Job Description
Tasks:
Define project testing strategy, environnment, and tools.
Execute and monitor testing activities,
conduct end to end test with different stack holders. Requirements:
Strong experience in monitoring, defining, and implementing tests
Expertise on performing tests in V cycle and Agile@scale
Experience in quality insurrance and continious improvment
Mindset of quality, industrialization and automation
Knowledge of insurrance accounting
Experience in coaching and up skilling colleagues
Entrepreneurship mindset (proactive, independant, perform in challenging environments)
Strong analysis and synthax capabilities
Leadership and ability to develop its network and influence in an Agile environment
Ability to make decisions and defend them
Fluent English (speaking and writing)
Techno : Python angular; Xray/jira/yest/zephir/Selenium/UFT
