Your role

Are you passionate about bringing systems to life? Do you have a knack for Test & Quality Management which involves Business Interaction & Stakeholder Management? We are looking for someone to help us with Test & Quality Management with Business Interaction & Stakeholder Management into the UBS software landscape. You'll have the opportunity to deep dive in the system and explore testing, interact with business and managing stakeholders options, explore the system landscape in a complex corporate environment, but with the start up feeling of a newly built up team.

Your team You'll be working in the Analytics team at BSH Qatar, closely collaborating with colleagues located at different UBS offices including Zurich and Basel. We provide UBS wide reporting solutions, integrating classical data warehouse and advanced analytics solutions, including near real-time reporting.

Your expertise . bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, related discipline or equivalent . ideally 7+ years of experience as a Test & Quality Manager with business interactions and stakeholder management within the DWH / financial sector . conduct software testing and ensure quality across the whole software development lifecycle . passionate about working with testing of analytical applications, experience with test automation tool is a plus . comfortable working independently, as well as in a team . having a good grasp with an analytical mindset and integrated thinking, able to analyze complex problems and test autonomous technical solutions . a strong troubleshooter with good issue resolving skills
