Job Description
Implement FP Program/ Plan Activities
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Monitor all job tasks in a timely manner to achieve the highest level of safety and reliability in the area of FP related program implementation.
- Review and provide oversight of FP related findings and recommendations for Corrective Actions.
- Assist in the implementation of FP Program/ Plan (FOS, FSO, SWD, IFRT Drill, etc.).
- Review calculation results of fire load and provide oversight and engineering expertise for actual analysis works.
- Provide oversight for FP related In Service Inspection (ISI) and activities with engineering judgement.
- Review and evaluate the fire hazard analysis report related to design change and procedure change.
- Review and provide oversight for inoperable FP equipment or systems to take Corrective Action.
- Establish FP area short and long-term implementation plans such as annual business plan based on FP Program/ Plan.

Plant Staff Tranining and Qualification
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Establish FP related On the Job Training (OJT) program in consultantation with Site Support FP group.
- Monitor and coach to improve performance for implementation of FP Program/ Plan.
- Manage to address most recent requirements in training program.
- Manage training program to provide necessary technical knowledge and skills by providing accurate feedback.
