Job Purpose

Develop and maintain teslam annual business plan and performance reporting framework to ensure regular reporting on business plan progress, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and budgeting.

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Responsibility:

Prepare and maintain the annual overarching TESLAM strategy and annual business plan, and develop issue/

topic/ situation specific strategies, as required.

Prepare TESLAM quarterly plan, including an overview of planned and upcoming TESLAM activities and

deliverables.

Participate in defining accountability and responsibility for every item within business plan for easy tracking and

defining the dependencies of business planning items with other corporate functions.

Incorporate TESLAM business plan items and performance indicators in the business planning system in line with

the approved TESLAM business plan and performance indicators (PIs).

Prepare and maintain TESLAM annual corporate Demand Plan as per the corporate business and budget plans. Participate in developing discipline-specific strategies for key customers of the TESLAM process and maintain the

effectiveness of the TESLAM Demand Planning tool.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities (contd.)

Review and submit TESLAM Performance Report in timely manner and present KPI results to the Head of Facility

Strategic Planning.

Analyze TESLAM performance indicators data and trends and identify significant issues and potential concerns

requiring TESLAM management action or further study

Participate in management review sessions to assess and monitor TESLAM performance, tactical plans and

initiate actions for improvements.


Review and submit TESLAM budget utilization report on monthly basis in alignment with the approved budget and

budget dashboard.

Assess current and future outsourcing contracts, ensuring their alignment with the enterprise facilities strategy. Develop the scope of work for future outsourcing contracts ensuring their alignment with the enterprise facilities

strategy and needs.

Develop and implement market research plans and relationships to market research suppliers/partners. Develop market intelligence system within the facilities supply market across the portfolio of products and services

procured.

Conduct TESLAM benchmarking and self-assessment initiatives to meet management and end-users

expectations.

Issue Condition Reports (CRs) through the e-CAP system for major issues to document the status of TESLAM

related correction actions.

Maintain relationship with vendors and contractors responsible for providing services and build high levels of trust

and understanding with key internal and external stakeholders, to promote full compliance with industry regulations

and promote broader understanding of the corporate interests and practices.

Professional Certifications
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relevant degree

Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in Facility anagement/ Strategic Planning/ Service Delivery experience
