Territory Sales Manager - Middle East.

Producing appropriate sales forecasts and capitalizing or compensating for market changes
Leading the Sales organization in the assigned area to achieve CP sales goals and objectives as derived by business strategies and marketing plans
Focus on delivering the annual sales plan while ensuring steady price evolution & contribution.
Work closely with the marketing and technical team to ensure alignment with Monthly and annual planning cycles
Routinely work with distributors & their personnel and partners to ensure Key Accounts plan delivery
Recognizing, anticipating, and solving customer problems resulting in business opportunities and revenue growth
Demonstrating sales excellence and inspiring excellence in others
Growth opportunity & distribution
Proactively identify and engage the relevant stakeholders to map outgrowth opportunities.
Engage internally to get necessary support to define clear strategies and action plan to deliver the growth
Critically analyse, evaluate, review, and implement country specific distribution strategies and where possible align with regional strategy
Establish and execute key account plans aligned with regional strategy
Maintain and grow relationship with distributors aligned with regional strategy
Growth, Defence & anti-generic initiative
Monitor trends in the market
Anti-generic strategy and monitoring of generics
Trademarks infringement monitoring
Counterfeit

Risk and Exposure management
Support on pre-collection and collection while ensuring Credit and finance team regularly updated on the various accounts and outstandings
Work closely with CSRs and Accounts Receivables to ensure collections done in time and mitigate against any risk
Regularly monitor any development trends with distributors and action to ensure mitigation against risk and exposure.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree in related field* Experience in managing territory sales within agriculture environment i.e. crop protection
Strong sales and business development skills - forecasting, market analysis, delivering annual sales targets
Expertise in key account management and distributor relationship building
Competence in monitoring market trends, identifying risks and mitigating exposure
Familiarity with trademark protection and counterfeit monitoring
Experience in leading a sales team with strong interpersonal skills to inspire excellence and foster team integration
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, technical and supply chain teams
Excellent internal and external communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Strong knowledge of ethics, compliance standards and safety protocols
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Problem-solving mindset, adaptability and strong negotiation skills
