Job Description

To expand our team in Dubai, we are looking for an experienced

Tenders / RFP Expert

. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire tendering and bidding process in the UAE region, with a focus on IT and cybersecurity services. You must have proven experience with the

eSupply tendering system

and a track record of successfully winning government and enterprise tenders in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the full tender and RFP process, from opportunity identification to submission. Analyze tender requirements and translate them into concrete actions and deliverables. Draft, structure, and edit high-quality proposals and bid documentation. Collaborate with technical teams to transform input into competitive and compliant submissions. Ensure compliance with all formal requirements within the

eSupply system

. Build and maintain relationships with government entities and procurement authorities. Monitor new opportunities and market developments across Dubai and the GCC region.

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven experience successfully winning tenders in Dubai, specifically in IT or cybersecurity services. Strong knowledge of the

eSupply (Dubai Government Procurement) platform

. Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and persuasive way. Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering / bid management in IT or cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with

eSupply

and successful completion of tenders in the UAE. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in

both English and Arabic

. Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset.
