Role

Managing all client's requirements and expectations.
Meeting clients, Tendering work, Review tenders prior to submitting to client.
Supporting Bid teams for all future works and supply chain engagement to maximise opportunity.
Procurement and sign off of Plant, Sub-contract Packages from tender to contract award through value engineering, technical submittals, pre-start meetings.
Recruit and Lead MEP project teams.
Planning and programming projects to meet client requirements and track/report via project teams to completion.
Managing all design and build work packages within the project from employer's requirements through to approved construction drawings.
Managing the successful commissioning of all projects.

The right candidate:

MEP Background with a minimum 15 years experience working with notable Sub or Main Contractors.
Pre Construction/Delivery of at least 2 significant D/C projects.
Confident and client facing in their approach.
Candidates looking for their 1st step into the UAE market would be of interest.
Individuals will need to be comfortable rolling their sleeves up be that in tendering or leading the delivery of a project out on site.
