Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tendering process and be able to manage tender submissions, document preparation, and ensure compliance with all regulations and client specifications. This position is critical to the success of our business operations and will require someone who is proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in accordance with client requirements, deadlines, and industry-specific standards.
• Collaborate with relevant internal departments (sales, legal, finance, etc.) to gather information necessary for tender submissions.
• Analyze tender specifications, terms, and conditions to ensure full compliance and competitive submission.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to clarify tender requirements and obtain necessary documents.
• Track and monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
• Evaluate tender opportunities in real estate, healthcare, construction, or other industries, as relevant, and advise management on potential risks and rewards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase future business opportunities.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Healthcare, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of the tendering process, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with tender management software is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
