Oversee the tender process and play a critical role in securing new business opportunities, optimizing tender strategies, and ensuring compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of tender tools, including the implementation of authority matrix, collaboration with consultants for system upgrades, and development of tender analytics dashboards.
Monitoring and reporting on tender successes and losses as part of regional performance assessments.
Responsible for establishing a proactive tender planning and prioritization system across various regions and contributing to the annual planning process.
Examines strategies for emphasizing non-price criteria in tender assessments and collaborates with LOCs to integrate these factors into future frameworks.
Facilitates the exchange of best practices among different markets.
Acts as coordinating leader to the Tender Champions Network, including running bi-monthly update meetings.
Ensures adherence to the tender process by all stakeholders and holds responsibility for enhancing the process.
Assesses market dynamics, engages with internal and external thought leaders to identify unaddressed requirements in tender processes, and converts insights into tender strategies to fulfil cluster/country objectives in the short and long term.
Engagement in Ad hoc tasks pertaining to the Tender function.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree business administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
5 years\' experience in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG (previous experience in Tender excellence preferrable).
