We are a leading subcontractor company based in Dubai, working closely with main contractors on a variety of projects. We are looking for an experienced

Tender Engineer

to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in tendering, along with the ability to support ongoing technical coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

-Tendering & Quotation Preparation:

Calculate areas, quantities, and costs for tender submissions. Prepare and submit detailed tender documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with the project team to gather necessary technical data for accurate quotations. Maintain tender records and filing systems for easy retrieval when required.

Contractor Coordination:

Act as a liaison between the company and contractors. Address technical queries and provide necessary information for project execution. Ensure timely communication and updates regarding tenders and ongoing project needs.

Support to Senior Management:

Assist senior management with communication and coordination for certain technical projects involving other affiliated companies and external partners. Help manage documentation, follow-ups, and file organization for these ongoing works. Liaise with contractors and company representatives to ensure smooth information flow. Provide regular updates and ensure all necessary information is readily available when needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in a similar tendering or engineering role in Dubai.

Visa:

Preference for candidates with

own visa

or

husband's visa

, but not mandatory. Strong understanding of

tendering processes

and working with contractors. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Excel & Word is highly desirable.
