Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Institutional Sales Executive
to join their dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in participating and submitting
tenders,
as well as driving sales within government institutions and major government-linked organizations.. The role requires a self-driven individual with exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, a strong network within local government sectors, and a deep understanding of institutional sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Submissions & Participation: Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, from preparing and submitting bids to ensuring compliance with all government and institutional requirements.
Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers in government institutions and large-scale government-linked organizations, and drive sales growth.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, government bodies, and institutional stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitor activities, and market trends within the government and institutional sector.
Negotiations & Contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with government institutions, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding sales progress, tender status, and market insights.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all tender documentation, contracts, and sales processes comply with local laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional sales, specifically with government entities and large government-linked companies and similar institutions.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both languages are essential.
The candidate must be based in Qatar, with the ability to manage client relationships and tenders within the country.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
* Strong understanding of the tendering and bidding process in the government sector.
