Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Review, issue, and close work permits (Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, etc.) Ensure all permits are correctly filled, approved, and valid before work starts. Verify that all safety precautions, isolation procedures, and risk assessments are in place. Coordinate with HSE officers and supervisors to ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards. Liaise between operations, maintenance, and contractors to avoid conflicting activities. Ensure all stakeholders understand the scope and safety requirements of the permitted work. Maintain PTW registers and logs. Archive permits and related documents for audit and compliance. Support training of staff on PTW procedures and safety practices. Conduct toolbox talks or safety briefings related to permit-controlled work.

Permit to Work system
