High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in marketing is a plus) Prior experience as a promoter, brand ambassador, or customer-facing role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality Passion for cars and ability to learn vehicle features quickly Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during promotional campaigns Presentable and professional appearance
