Nair Systems is currently looking for Temporary Policy Management Specialist for our UAE operations with the following
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in policy formulation and documentation within the banking industry in the UAE.
- Deep understanding of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret legislative and regulatory texts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with policy owners to review, revise, and renew expired banking policies.
- Ensure all policy documents comply with UAE banking regulations and international best practices.
- Analyze and interpret regulatory changes and incorporate them into policy documents.
- Provide expert guidance on policy formulation, structure, and content.
- Facilitate effective communication between policy owners, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the bank\'s products, services, and operational processes.
- Assist in the development of training materials related to new or updated policies.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all policy documents.
- Participate in policy-related meetings and provide expert recommendations.
