Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • Has at least 10 years of experience in Marketing in UAE/ or at least 2 years' experience as a marketing manager
  • Can Manage a small team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Have worked with creative, media buying and PR agencies
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
  • Develop Q4 campaign strategies and execution plans inline with the approved MOE marketing strategy
  • Lead on briefing Q4 campaigns to creative, social, media and PR agencies
  • Work with media agency to create robust media planning with a focus on digital and select mainstream channels
  • Identify new and innovative channels that work well for each campaigns and its new target audience
  • Manage stakeholder approval for all creative, social content, media plan and PR
  • Monitor and ensure excellence in communication and creativity, with strong social content and a 360 approach to all Q4 campaigns
  • Monitor in-mall activations to ensure they add value to 360 campaign and are communicated in a seamless way with the rest of the campaign
  • Manage campaign roll-out including all touchpoints of in-mall branding, mainsteam media including radio and OOH, social content on MOE social platforms, website page, direct marketing channels (emailers, sms)
  • Monitor paid digital ensuring correct content is being used, promoted and optomized
  • Ensure team works on pre-event and is approved by stakeholders
  • Track campaign budgets throughout campaign duration
  • Track results of campaigns and support the team in creating reports to ensure campaign is performing as per KPIs set
  • Omni
  • Support in creating 360 campaigns that include creative content and messaging, a robust media plan and PR where required
  • Brief in creative agency, media agency and PR for Omni campaign where required
  • Liaise with and manage stakeholders of the Omni project for campaigns and content where required
  • Ensure Omni is integrated as an ongoing layer on FBB campaigns
  • Support the team in executing campaigns for Omni, including shoots, in mall branding, content creation and others
  • MOE Hoardings
  • Lead on creating stand-out hoardings for Mall of the Emirates that are aligned to the brand and add value to the shoppers and beauty to the mall
  • Brief in new hoarding requirement, aligning the brief with RDD, mall management and other stakeholders
  • Liaise with agency on timelines of creative direction
  • Aligned approved direction with RDD and mall management
  • Work with agency on creating sample hoardings prior to full execution
  • Create an execution plan for hoardings, which will include guidelines and workshops educating operations on proper usage of each hoarding pillar
  • Monitor usage of new hoardings within the mall to ensure they are as per guidelines
  • Work with other 'Mall of' brands to understand new hoardings and support them in launching them within heir malls
  • TOR
  • Highlight TOR opportunities for the year and align with stakeholders
  • Create targeted campaigns for specific TOR opportunities throughout the year
  • Work closely with the SHARE team to align on the mechanics of the campaigns
  • Work with analytics team to create targeted lists based on campaigns/categories
  • Identify opportunities within existing campaigns to promote TOR tenants, and opportunities with the SHARE team on clubbing the campaigns into categories
  • Track results of TOR campaigns and optimize with new or upgraded campaigns based on learnings
