Directly perform accounting transactions with customers at transaction counters;
Coordinate with individual Customer Relationship Managers, Business Development Specialists and Welcome Officers to take care of and develop customer relationships;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Transactions Group, Head of Science and Technology Department/Head of Transaction Office and Branch Manager;
Report directly to the Head of Transactions Group/Head of Transaction Office.
Job Requirements:
Graduated from a regular college or higher, majoring in accounting, auditing, economics, commerce, finance and banking, foreign languages.
Good communication in English is preferred.
Preference will be given to those with experience in accounting or customer service;
Preferably know how to use T24 and customer management software (if any).
