Interviews for prospective staff are also conducted on Saturdays and Sundays.
you can tomorrow any time between 11 to 430 pm (Sunday) for an interview
Key Responsibilities: ( teller caller hindi / punjabi or english langaugae)
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding immigration services.
Provide information and answer queries from potential clients.
Assist in converting leads to customers.
Meet targets and achieve daily call quotas.
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi,
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
Positive attitude and team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
