Job Description
:-
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Real Estate experience is required (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of CRM Systems
- Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
- File and update contact information of employees.
- Attending incoming and outgoing mails/calls.
- Strong follow-up skills and lead management
- Able to compose/ prepare a letter
- Good in customer service calls & handling all client\'s inquiries.
- Excellent in filling & Maintaining records.
- Developer registration, renewals, and gathering materials.
- Manage day-to-day needs like office supplies, petty cash, inventory, and maintenance of paper and digital filing.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Good at drafting business letters/presentations
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Experience within Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Do you have own visa or dependent visa?
- TELESALES UAE: 2 years (Required)
- REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY: 1 year (Required)
