Telesales Team Leader

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Tele Sales Head to lead our telesales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in consultative selling, team management, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes. Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and sales outcomes. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.

Skills & Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales, consultative selling, and team leadership. Strong knowledge and experience with CRM tools and sales tracking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to motivate and inspire a team while managing performance effectively.
