Job Description
Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone or online meetings, keep records of calls and relevant details, and update customer details. Support sales process via phone calls to the customers Answering customers' questions on the itruck services Carry out market research on customer needs, prices, and how to address customers Supply management with daily reports on sales process customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Arrange daily orders from the shippers and follow up with them through a process. Coordinate all the payment processes between the accountant department and carriers Job Type: Full-time
