Job Duties:

Oversee day-to-day back office activities. Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices using our CRM. Convert leads into sales opportunities. Handle operational tasks efficiently. Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work under a high-pressure work environment and ensure quick deliverables, and connect with our team(s) globally. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the repatriation process. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Willingness to work according to EU timings in the UAE.
Qualifications:

Holders of Bachelors degree or diploma Multilingual proficiency; however the candidate

must be a

Native French Speaker*.
Experience dealing with consumers in the EEA zone, especially in the healthcare industry, is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
