highly motivated Telesales Specialist
with experience in theiGaming industry
to engage with potential customers, promote our gaming products, and drive conversions. If you have a passion for online gaming, sales, and customer engagement, this is the perfect opportunity!Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential players and introduce our iGaming platform. Upsell and cross-sell gaming packages, bonuses, and VIP memberships. Engage with customers to
build relationships and enhance player retention
. Providedetailed information on promotions, offers, and game features
. Work with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness. Handle customer inquiries regarding payments, withdrawals, and account setup.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
through strategic selling techniques. Stay updated with industry trends, gaming regulations, and competitor offerings.What We're Looking For:
Experience in telesales within the iGaming, casino, or online betting industry.
Strong knowledge ofsports betting, online casinos, and gaming promotions
. Excellentcommunication and persuasion skills
. Ability tohandle objections and convert leads into loyal players
. Fluent inEnglish and Hindi
(additional languages are a plus like Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil). Familiarity withCRM tools and sales tracking software
