Our team is multidisciplinary with lot of experience in design, arhitecture, project management and fit out, real estate and office consulting, organizational psychology. As a workspace and real estate consulting company, we help businesses to find and optimize the use of office or other types of workspace. This may include helping clients find the right space for their needs, negotiate leases or purchase agreements, design and layout the space to meet the clients\' needs. We are currently looking for driven Lead Generation Expert with solid tehnical background from business interior industry and corporate real estate. Location : Dubai, UAE Communicate with sales team for day to day market research. As a primary Lead Generator, your role will be to provide a continuous stream of qualified leads by gathering information through Business-to-Business telephone calls. To be successful, you must be comfortable generating a large volume of outgoing calls per day where the volume of calls equals results. What we requires from you? We are looking for a Lead Generator specialist who fits the following requeriments:
  • Excellent Telephone manner.
  • Ability to make continuous outbound calls and update the outcome of the call on the CRM.
  • Must be highly proficient in all aspects of the English language (Speaking, listening, and writing skills)
  • A positive approach to objection handling is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
. * Must be passionate about the industry details. Not a requeriments, but it\'s a plus if you have: * Good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following: Microsoft 365 / Excel.
  • Experience in B-to-B sales, preferably in business interior, fit out, commercial industry to understanding of customer requirements and translate them into a lead.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a combined sales team. If you are interested it, don\'t hesitate and sign up to the offer

Educational Background and Experience
