About The Role:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting new and existing customers to generate sales, maintain customer satisfaction, and keep clients informed about our products and promotions. You will also generate leads to support our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Contact new and existing customers via phone and email to promote our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
Provide information on new products, promotions, and company offerings to keep customers engaged and informed.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads for the field sales team.
Maintain a database of prospects and update records of interactions and outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Sales Support and Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Track and report on telesales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Familiarity with B2B sales or paper products is a plus.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
Proven ability to generate leads and support sales growth.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal teams to achieve objectives.
