We are seeking a dynamic and personable sales and customer service representative to manage client inquiries. A background in Telesales and customer service is a requirement. Job Location: Sharjah - UAE Responsibilities: A Telesales representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through outbound calls and electronic communications. Qualifications: Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving, telephone ethics Candidates must complete our training course Job Types: Full-time Experience:
- Calls potential customers to sell products or services.
- Shares the selling points of the products or services.
- Answers all queries about the products or services.
- Recommends the products or services based on their needs.
- Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
- Keeps contact and financial information confidential.
