Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote home healthcare services
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Explain services such as nursing care, doctor visits, physiotherapy etc
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls and client details in CRM
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the business development team for closures
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of the UAE healthcare or homecare sector is a plus
Confident, persuasive, and results-driven
