we are must expecting from this role?
? Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote general pest control services and generate leads.
? Send the company profile, schedule appointments for inspections or treatments, and coordinate with the operations team.
? Ensure and maintain accurate records of calls, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and customer interactions and follow-ups.
? Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings and actively following up on potential leads.
Qualification ?
? High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Business or Marketing is a plus.
? Proven experience in Tele sales, marketing, and customer service -- preferably in the pest control services industry (Any Nationality preferred).
? Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
? Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
? Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
