Telesales Representative (female)

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented telesales representative to generate leads for our UAE Office. The candidate must have a minimum of one year of sales experience in UAE. Outbound Calls:
- Initiate and make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Effectively communicate product or service features and benefits.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, database research, and other lead generation methods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to potential customers.
- Tailor sales presentations to meet the needs and interests of individual prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Continuously strive to improve sales performance.
- Conduct follow-up calls and E-mails to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Update CRM systems with relevant information after each interaction.
- Gather information on market trends and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the Business Development teams for product/service improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- ELV Sales (Construction Field in UAE): 1 year (Preferred)
- TeleSales: 1 year (Preferred)
