About the Role
We are looking for a
highly articulate and professional Telesales Representative
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a clear and polished accent, and the ability to confidently engage with both
local and international clients
. This role focuses on client interaction, lead management, and guiding potential clients through the wealth advisory process.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional consultations with clients through
phone, email, Zoom, and other communication channels
.
Handle
150 - 250 client interactions per day
, maintaining a high standard of service.
Generate new leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with potential clients.
Present wealth advisory solutions clearly to both local and international clients.
Promote company campaigns, services, and events.
Prepare a
Daily Sales Report (DSR)
at the end of each day.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable wealth or investment options.
Achieve performance targets and support overall business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
6 months of experience
in Wealth Advisory, Real Estate, Sales, or Client Relationship roles (UAE or home country).
Excellent English communication skills
with a clear, professional accent -- this is essential*. Graduate or undergraduate with strong client-handling and presentation skills.
Previous experience in high-volume client interaction roles is preferred.
Ability to confidently communicate with
local and international clients
.
Must be based in the UAE with
immediate availability
.

Speaking Arabic is a plus!
