We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven
Tele-sales Executive
to join our automotive sales team. The role involves generating leads and sales through outbound and inbound calls, explaining automotive products and services, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles, services, or offers
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to close sales
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the sales team for test drives, appointments, and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in telecalls, telemarketing, customer service, or automotive sales (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities
Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Excel, email)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
