Job Description
Telesales Responsibilities:
Only Arabic Speakers & Must be fluent in English !!!Contact prospects from provided qualified data (Not a Cold Calling). Answer incoming inquiries on phone, Email and WhatsApp and respond to their questions and concerns. Follow-up calls, WhatsApp and emails with prospects to set them up for our offerings. Maintain positive relationship with prospects by employing effective communication and active listening skills. Accurately document information, interactions, and sales details in the company's CRM system.
Sales Responsibilities:
Meet prospects for scheduled meetings, showcasing our services and memberships and close sales. Follow up with prospects who have already been met to our offerings to close sales. Collaborate closely with the customer service team, providing valuable feedback.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any related field. Minimum 2 years of sales / telesales experience.
Must be Arabic speaker.
Must be fluent in English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Salary + Commission.
