Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors to promote available properties and company services.
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property features, pricing, and project details.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and sales agents.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide consistent follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.
Requirements
Previous telesales or customer service experience (real estate experience preferred not necessary).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calling.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Familiarity with MS Excel.
