Duties



Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, effectively communicating value propositions tailored to client needs Negotiate terms and close sales deals with confidence, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and maximize outreach efforts Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and persistent follow-up strategies Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering trust and loyalty

Requirements



Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on B2B environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an energetic and positive demeanor Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer interactions Knowledge of telemarketing techniques including warm calling and outbound calling strategies Ability to understand technical products or services related to technology sales and articulate their benefits clearly Customer service orientation combined with a proactive approach to business development
