Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
Follow up on leads, maintain active pipelines, and ensure consistent communication with prospects.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.
Collaborate with the sales team to support overall business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Proactive, motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
