We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Executive to join our growing aesthetic lifestyle polyclinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive range of aesthetic treatments, wellness services, and medical procedures through effective telesales strategies, lead generation, and appointment conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound calling campaigns for aesthetic and wellness services
Handle inbound inquiries regarding aesthetic treatments, wellness programs, and medical services
Promote polyclinic services including aesthetic procedures, dermatology, weight management, anti-aging treatments, and lifestyle wellness programs
Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and consultations
Explain treatment procedures, benefits, pricing, packages, and special offers to potential clients
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain and update customer database in CRM system
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Schedule appointments with doctors and specialists as per client requirements
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions
Coordinate with medical staff and front desk for seamless appointment management
Stay updated on new treatments, technologies, and promotional campaigns
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Required Qualifications:
Essential:
Minimum 3 years of proven telesales/sales experience (Mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
Strong track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in B2C sales and customer relationship management
Preferred:
Prior experience in healthcare, aesthetic, wellness, or polyclinic industry
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and wellness services
Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
Understanding of medical terminology related to aesthetics
