Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound legal inquiries.
Explain the firm's legal and consultancy services clearly and professionally.
Qualify leads, assess client needs, and schedule appointments with legal advisors.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and outcomes using the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Follow up with interested clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide excellent client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of telesales or call center experience
(legal or real estate sector preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Confident telephone manner with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport with diverse clients.
Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
Positive attitude, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Available to join immediately (preferred).
