We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales (
Arabic Female
) Representative to join our team at a leading medical center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical or aesthetic services sales and excellent communication skills to convert leads into appointments and sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels to promote the clinic's services.
Understand client needs and provide accurate information about treatments and offers.
Follow up with leads and maintain a database of client interactions using CRM tools.
Schedule consultations or appointments for walk-ins or virtual assessments.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and front-desk team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in TeleSales, preferably in the
medical or aesthetic
field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
