We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. She will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
As an effective telesales representative, you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customer complaints.
:
To call Enterprise customers on a daily basis to generate interest for the Telecom Enterprise Product & Services
Great skills in customer closing by understanding customer needs and providing them with the relevant solution
Meet sales quota
To maintain accurate and up to date records for each and every customer to drive next steps
To call existing customers to upsell & cross sell
To generate leads from new & existing customer data base
To assign the leads to each Sales individual and follow up with the sales agent & customer on the outcome
To maintain accurate & up to date information on each and every account
Qualification:
1 year of experience in a similar role preferably in Telecom industry
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Excellent listening skills
Able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Well versed with Excel
Working days: 6 days / week (9 hours)
