Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective clients for

personal loans and real estate projects

. Explain product details, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly over the phone. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team, if required. Achieve monthly sales targets for both

banking loan products and real estate sales

. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support. Follow up on leads provided by the company and self-generated prospects. Stay updated on latest

loan products, real estate projects, and market trends

.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

tele-sales / call center / banking / real estate sales

preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English Basic knowledge of

UAE banking loan products

and

real estate sector

is a plus. Strong convincing and closing skills. Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred. Female Candidate preferred
