Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate product information.
Convert leads into sales by building trust and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up notes in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team for process improvement.
Ensure excellent customer experience with clear communication and empathy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (preferred).
Fluency in
at least two languages
: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, English.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
