Maintain customer records and track sales activities in CRM.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Strong sales drive and target-oriented mindset.
Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
