JDS Elite Properties is a leading real estate company specializing in off-plan projects across Dubai. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate projects.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with potential buyers and nurture relationships through regular communication.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Previous telesales or call center experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Basic computer skills (CRM experience is an advantage).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
