female Telesales Executive
to join our energetic and growing sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
Present, promote, and sell real estate services and properties to prospective customers.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and client interactions.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with property consultants and sales agents to support closing deals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and results-driven.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into appointments or leads.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
