In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating interest in our property listings, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in driving sales and property viewings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries related to real estate projects.
Promote residential and commercial properties based on client preferences.
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, budget, and location preferences.
Set up appointments for property viewings and site visits with the sales team.
Maintain updated records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested clients to nurture leads and close deals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide information on pricing, payment plans, and property availability.
Requirements:
Prior experience in tele sales, real estate sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and persuasive skills over the phone.
Confidence in handling objections and closing appointments.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
Real estate industry knowledge is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in real estate or sales is a plus.
