Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive
Telesales Representative
to join our coffee company's sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing customers by phone to introduce our products, promote special offers, and close sales. A passion for coffee and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients including cafes, restaurants, offices, and distributors Present and promote coffee products, machines, and accessories Identify customer needs and recommend suitable coffee solutions Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate call and sales records Follow up on leads, quotations, and previous communications to maximize conversion Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on customer preferences and market trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
