We're on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to become part of our vibrant Call Center team. As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients--assisting with queries, providing essential information, and promoting our Forex trading services. No previous experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
Role Overview:
Make outbound calls to engage new and existing clients.
Handle incoming inquiries related to Forex trading and provide accurate information.
Explain how Forex trading works and highlight key features of our platform.
Support clients through the account setup and funding process.
Promote our trading services to increase platform adoption.
Ensure a helpful and courteous approach during all client communications.
Maintain call records and update client information in the CRM.
Understand client needs and provide timely, relevant information and market updates.
Who Can Apply:
Fresh graduates or experienced professionals--both are welcome!
Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: Malayalam, Hindi, Urdu, English, Tamil, Kannada
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven and energetic work environment.
